Flowers provide less food than other major plants parts (seeds, fruits, roots, stems and leaves) but they provide several important foods and spices. Yellow and blue are my two favorite colors and I love the way this simple color palette works for this image. The sense of repetition and the way they are lined up contrasted with the delicate petals makes for a very interesting image. f/v
